The architectural project we have designed consists of an ensemble of two residential buildings with a total of 39 apartments, as well as a restaurant on the ground floor. The planning was carried out in consultation with Aebi & Vincent Architekten SIA AG, taking into account their master plan for Naters. Additionally, the project was developed through intensive discussions with the municipality of Naters to ensure optimal urban integration. The design is characterized by a high residential density and contributes to the sustainable densification of the area. The submission of the building permit application is planned for the first quarter of 2025.
