Situated between Bern and Burgdorf, the plot is surrounded by farmhouses and borders agricultural and residential land. The old development plan was revoked, and based on a feasibility study made by us, a new zoning plan was created. This plan is designed to suit the rural and small-scale surroundings. The shape and orientation of the roofs were drawn from surrounding architecture. An underground parking garage is planned. After the presentation of the new plan and a lengthy decision-making process, this zoning plan was approved by the municipality in the spring of 2024.
