The old "Alphubel" hotel in Saas-Fee was to be replaced by a modern and larger hotel with about 100 rooms. The plot is located on a slope and is densely populated, which presented a significant challenge. The developed project proposes a composition of three volumes connected by a base. This base would include all the hotel’s supporting amenities. 94 rooms would be distributed across the three volumes. Ultimately, it was decided to renovate the existing hotel instead of constructing a new bigger one.
