Construction of a new residential building in Untervaz, Graubünden

The project includes four residential units with covered parking spaces and storage rooms in the basement. To adapt to the surrounding urban fabric and to make the size of the building appear smaller, two volumes were positioned offset from each other. The slanted roof also adopts the typical construction style of the area. Despite integrating into the small-scale structure of the surroundings, the building uses the maximum allowed space for construction. The floor plans are efficiently organized, and all apartments are oriented on two sides to ensure better lighting. As a result, the apartments also offer multiple views of the region's mountains.
