The client purchased this property in very good condition but insisted on renovation due to the suboptimal distribution and size of the spaces, particularly on the upper floor. In the preliminary design, the living space was converted into a double-height room, and other rooms were reorganized. A new roof shape was proposed to offer more ceiling height on the upper floor. Ultimately, the client was advised to forgo the renovation, as the house is already of a high standard.
